1. PRELIMINARY DESIGN OF PRODUCTION PLAN
2. PRESENTATION OF PRODUCTION FLOW WITH TEAM
3. REVIEW OF PROJECT ESTIAMTED COST WITH TEAM
4. TEAM REVIEW AND INPUT
5. PRODUCTION PLAN FINALIZED
BIDDING & NEGOTIATIONS:
1. COMPETITIVE BIDDING FOR ALL ELEMENTS BASED ON BUDGETS
2. BID EVALUATION – BASED ON QUALITY – VALUE - SERVICE
3. VENDOR(S) CONTRACT AWARDED – OUTSOURCED ELEMENTS
PROJECT CUSTOM FABRICATION:
1. ALL CUSTOM GRAPHICS APPROVED
2. CUSTOM DESIGN ELEMENTS FABRICATED
3. CRATE MANUFACTURE FOR TRANSPORT
4. PROGRESS EVALUATION & REPORT
5. TRANSPORT READY
